## National Council of State Housing Agencies

The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created to advance, through advocacy and education, the efforts of the nation’s state HFAs and their partners to provide affordable housing to those who need it.

NCSHA’s members are:

- the state HFAs, as well as the HFAs of the District of Columbia, New York City, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands;
- the agencies that allocate the Low Income Housing Tax Credit in the states where an HFA does not; and
- more than 300 affiliate members in the affordable housing field
